Consider requesting a room away from the back hillside for better sunlight and to avoid noise from the barking dog.

The room was a disaster, zero mobile reception, and barking dog ruining any chance of peace. Somehow, i thought they woudl ve offered me an upgrade or at least a complimentary drink for the inconveniences. Great spa, but youd think they'd take care of their guests better. I almost gave a good review, but , i just couldn't.

The view from the Superior Double Room with Balcony was absolutely breathtaking! 🏞️ The spa was nice, but wish the restaurant offered more vegetarian options.

The room was super comfy and clean, perfect for exploring the beautiful sights. The staff were cute, and I especially loved the swimming pool and the gorgeous garden.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect for us, nestled in the midst of the beautiful forest and surrounded by nature. The views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking. We also appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The spa and wellness facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor swimming pool with its stunning view. We also loved the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, which offered a wide variety of options. our experience here was truly amazing!

As nature lovers, we couldn't have wished for a more idyllic location to spend our business trip. Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty that invigorated our senses, we felt rejuvenated during our entire stay. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. the breakfast spread was amazing with something for everyone. We loved winding down in the wellness area that gave us a spectacular view of the valley. Plus, the outdoor activities were an added bonus to make the most of the outdoors.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and fine mountain views. The cleanliness of the facilities and the room was excellent. We were impressed by the hotel facilities, especially the spa area with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. we appreciated the convenience of the on-site parking and the availability of transportation to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Loved the mountain view from our spacious room. The spa and pool facilities were clean and relaxing, complete with cozy robes and towels. The restaurant served delicious food for both meat-eaters and vegetarians, and the breakfast had plenty of options to start off the day.

The room was not as well-maintained as expected, with cracked walls, peeling paint, and detached plinths. Bugs and mosquitoes were a constant nuisance due to no window netting, making it hard to sleep.

The room was poorly ventilated, with no air conditioning or fan, making the temperature unbearable during the night. the bed was uncomfortable, and we could barely sleep due to the mattress's poor quality.
